Study4Traders is a digital marketing consultancy operated by Import Gades LLC. References to trading describe the professional industry for which we design marketing services; they do not describe a financial activity.
1. Services we provide
We provide marketing strategy, social media management, content creation, branding, email marketing, lead generation, campaign management, website optimisation, automation and measurement. We are paid professional fees agreed with clients for those services.
2. Services we do not provide
We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice; act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, asset manager, custodian, exchange, prop firm or trading platform; recommend instruments, trades or strategies; provide signals; receive funds, assets or trading-account credentials; or execute trades for clients or visitors.
3. Nothing on this website is a recommendation
Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold securities, derivatives, foreign exchange, crypto-assets or any other financial instrument. Corporate website content should not be used to make investment or trading decisions.
4. Marketing outcomes
Outcomes depend on factors including the client's market, budget, offer, reputation, assets, execution and regulatory obligations. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, profitability, growth or return on investment. Marketing results are not trading results.
5. Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of their claims, approvals, conduct, products and compliance with applicable law. Work for regulated firms or professionals is subject to the applicable written scope and approvals. Our process support is not a substitute for the client's compliance review or legal advice.
6. Client-supplied material
A client may provide copy, data or technical material for us to adapt into marketing assets. That participation does not make Study4Traders the author, endorser or adviser in relation to the client's financial claims. We require review and approval before publication where the scope calls for it.
