This policy covers information processed through the website, form, email, meetings, proposals and any resulting professional relationship. A specific agreement may include additional information where required.
2. Information we may process
- Identity and contact: name, business email, country or region, and details you choose to provide.
- Professional context: brand or company, website or profile, project type, role, market and marketing needs.
- Communications: messages, replies, meeting notes and proposal documents.
- Limited technical data: IP address, browser, date, requested pages and security logs created by the host.
- Contract and administration: scope, deliverables, billing and communications where a client relationship exists.
We do not request trading-account data or sensitive financial information. Do not include passwords, keys, account numbers, identity documents, positions, balances or credentials in the form.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention

The current website has no newsletter and does not request consent for marketing communications. If that changes, subscription will be optional, separate and revocable.
4. Infrastructure and recipients
Access is limited to authorised accounts and people who need it to handle the inquiry, deliver the service or protect the infrastructure.
- Arsys: domain registration, infrastructure, DNS and corporate email hosting.
- First-party form endpoint: the inquiry is submitted within study4traders.es and delivered to consulta@study4traders.es so that we can respond.
- Professional advisers, auditors or authorities where there is a legitimate need or legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information. This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or behavioural analytics.
5. International handling from the United States
Import Gades LLC is based in the United States. If you submit an inquiry from Spain, the European Economic Area or another country, the information you provide will be received and handled there by the controller. This international communication takes place so that the United States company can answer your request.
We do not claim participation in a specific international framework or a transfer guarantee that has not been documented. If a future client relationship requires additional processing, the relevant information will be provided and any legally required measures documented before that processing takes place.
6. Rights and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
Email consulta@study4traders.es with the subject “Privacy”. To protect information, we may request reasonable identity verification without collecting more than necessary.
7. California and privacy signals
California residents may request information, access, correction or deletion where applicable. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because this website does not carry out that tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its current operation.
8. Security
In production, the website and its first-party form endpoint use HTTPS to protect information in transit. The form requests only the information needed to handle the inquiry, and access to the corporate mailbox and infrastructure is limited to authorised accounts. No system is entirely invulnerable. If an incident occurs, we will respond and notify where the law requires.
9. Children
Our services are intended for professionals and businesses, not anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's information through this website. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so it can be reviewed and removed.
10. Automated decisions and updates
We do not use form data to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this policy when services, providers or requirements change. We will show the revision date and provide proportionate notice for material changes.
